Hello

I am Amber and I am passionate about empowering women of all ages and backgrounds to achieve optimal health and wellness. As a health coach, I believe that every woman deserves to feel confident, energetic and happy in their own skin. After many years of depriving myself of calories, running mile after mile and doing what I thought was "right " to lose weight with zero results, I embarked on a mission to figure out what I was doing wrong. The more I learned, the more my passion for health and wellness grew. I realized that fitness isn't just about diet and exercise. It is about having a positive mindset, setting goals, creating healthy habits and doing them consistently. This is my approach with all of my clients: Moderation not deprivation.

Having struggled with my own health and weight loss journey, I am dedicated to helping other women overcome their challenges to becoming the best versions of themselves. My mission is to teach women how to nourish their bodies from the inside out so they can live healthy and love life.

I am a Certified Holistic Weight Loss Coach through Fit Chicks Academy. I am trained to help individuals achieve their weight loss goals by implementing a customized plan to improve their overall well-being. I offer nutritional support, guidance, and the latest expertise to help you fully understand the importance of macronutrients, and how they are applicable to achieving optimal weight loss results. With my help, you can finally understand the power of hormone balance, and how it can make all the difference in reaching your goals. I specialize in creating personalized meal plans and provide guidance on exercise, nutrient timing, stress management and mindset techniques that are designed to help individuals build the foundation for a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Additionally, I also have certifications as a Holistic Biblical Counselor, Christian Health Mentor, and Holistic Stress Management through Women Becoming Whole. I am convinced that weight loss has a spiritual dimension and that our souls can carry the weight of guilt, shame and other emotions that negatively impact our body. I believe true health and wellness is achieved through a holistic approach as I champion my clients to live healthy and whole from the inside out! 

In our sessions you will find that I offer a graceful space and a listening ear free from judgement and provide ongoing accountability to help overcome obstacles, barriers and limiting beliefs. I present suggestions on ways to manage stress, have a positive mindset, healthy body image and a healthy relationship with food. Additionally, I will teach you how to implement practical and scientifically proven methods to create good habits and break bad ones!
